Evaluating output
Before you paste skill output into email, a deck, or a decision record, run this quick check.
Three questions
- Accurate? Only facts you provided? Any invented names, numbers, or policies?
- Complete? Anything important missing from your input?
- Right format? Does the structure match what your audience expects?
Red flags
- Numbers or names that weren’t in your prompt — verify every time.
- Confident legal, HR, or compliance language — escalate; don’t “fix” with another prompt.
- Generic text that could describe any meeting — add audience, goal, and constraints; retry.
Improve results
- Say who the reader is and what “done” looks like.
- Paste the skill’s Output format section back into the chat if the shape is wrong.
