Installation & first use

1. Pick a skill

Open the skill catalog and choose something you’ll use this week:

• Meeting notes → meeting-summarizer
• Status report → report-generator
• Customer reply → response-drafter
• KPIs → kpi-tracker

2. Install (manual — always works)

git clone https://github.com/agentcarousel/agentcarousel.git
cp -r agentcarousel/skills/business-ops/meeting-summarizer ~/.cursor/skills/

Your path may differ (Copilot, Codex). Confirm with IT — see vendor compatibility.

3. Trigger it

You don’t have to type the skill name. Use words from the skill’s trigger list in SKILL.md:

“Summarize these meeting notes and pull out action items: …”

If nothing happens, add more words from the triggers or restart the agent after install.
